Located east of Cleveland, Ohio in Geauga County, Auburn Springs Golf Course is proud to provide locals and visitors alike a challenging but fair golfing layout.
Our par 72 course, designed and built by Ernie Mizda on 280 acres of farm land, is tree lined yet spacious. At 6835 yards from the blue tees to 5558 from the red any level player will have a fun and rewarding round. The fairways all have ample landing areas but the rough will penalize any player not in control of their game. There is plenty of water to look out for and it's wise to ask for a little local knowledge for anyone new to the course. The greens at Auburn Springs are our greatest asset. Many of them are elevated yet provide a good sized target with fast and true roll. We are confident our greens will fairly test your putting game and compare at least equally with any other course in the area.

A Little About Ernie
Ernie grew up in Cleveland's Buckeye Road area, then a predominantly Hungarian neighborhood. Golf has always been a passion for him. As a young boy of 12 he would caddy 18 holes for sixty-five cents at Canterbury Country Club. He has always played golf and was able to transform his dreams into reality when he purchased the Stafford Road land where an orchard and dairy farm once stood. |
